Happy New Year!!

 I cannot believe it's a new decade! 10 years ago i was celebrating the millenium as a little 5 year old! Seems like yesterday.

I have eaten tonnes (literally) over christmas/new year. I think my fitness has gone out of the window. Ah well, at least i can run, i feel deeply sorry for people like my uncle who can't run. Just the bodily movement makes me feel on top of the world!
